Gabe Landau

After running operations for a mid-sized, family run business, Gabe decided to create and pursue his own entrepreneurial opportunity and start an amusement-based event and entertainment company. Showing tremendous promise and an undeniable work ethic, ESP sought to acquire Gabe's company just following the September 11 tragedy. With his background in operations and his lifelong friendship with CEO Eric Schiff, Gabe and Eric merged companies and have been partners ever since.

20+ years later, his experience in leading high-performing teams has delivered significant measurable growth. His expertise lies in operational efficiency, financial management, and team leadership with an exceptional ability to motivate multiple groups.

Throughout his career, he has successfully spearheaded multi-department projects that have optimized processes to increase profitability and have led organizational transformations.

His strong belief in empowering teams through leadership, training, and forward-thinking strategies to maximize growth has proven to be successful as he now manages a team of 19 full-time staff and over 100 part-time.
