A retired sergeant in the Mahwah, NJ police department, “Big Rob” was responsible for daily operations and supervision of patrol officers and administrative personnel. He spent 8+ years involved in Departmental Accreditation, including his role as Accreditation manager for 2 consecutive accreditation cycles. This included the management and production of 400+ individual standards for department operations.

After retiring in 2014, Rob founded Field General Events, a strategic planning and activation company specializing in “on field,” combine-like, activations for corporate and private events. Field General, now under the ESP umbrella, is proud to be listed as the preferred event management and production company at MetLife Stadium. On any given Sunday, Rob and the team can be found at MetLife Stadium organizing thousands of fans, encouraging them to kick field goals, catching passes, returning punts, and testing their 40-yard dash speed as he runs all pre-game activities for MetLife (the company) and the New York Football Giants.

Before joining the ESP family, Rob spent 4+ years as director of events and conferences at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ.

​

Rob’s experience also includes being selected as Director of Strategy at Counter Forced Labor Technologies, a startup firm founded with the unique mission to eliminate forced labor and human trafficking in supply chains.
