Kayla Larsen

After graduating from the State University of New York-Albany with a degree in communications, Kayla spent the first 5 years of her “adult life” immersed in all facets of the event industry. Starting out as the executive assistant to the CEO of ESP, Kayla took it upon herself to learn the ins and outs of all types of events and event production. Only a year into her tenure, she was promoted to client relations specialist, managing all special and minute details that allow each event to be client-specific. With a friendly demeanor and a “never say no” attitude, Kayla is often a client's first contact and currently maintains positive relationships long after the events are completed.

She showcases her tremendous organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate which has led to the consistent repeat business amongst the ESP client list. Her skill set has contributed to the success of many notable events including the Hackensack Meridian Health Foundation Gala, The New York Liberty Championship Celebration, a ReBrand NBA Draft Event, and the trust of many A-list celebrity clients.
