After serving as a law clerk through college, he decided to put law school on hold and channel his passion for both entrepreneurship and entertainment by creating and incorporating ESP Productions in 1994.

Without ever spending a dollar on advertising or marketing, each of the hundreds of events produced by ESP annually comes solely from “word of mouth.” Thirty plus years later, and despite the fact that ESP has grown to over 100 full-time and part-time employees, Eric is still very much “hands-on” and present at as many events as possible and considers this “quality control.” His passion for creativity, design, problem-solving, and entertaining is unparalleled.

He considers every event an experience: for the client, for the staff, and especially for the guest.

His tireless work ethic, ability to think out of the box, contagious enthusiasm, upbeat personality, and vast overall event experience spanning every facet, both public, private, and corporate, have resulted in priceless relationships and event-related consulting agreements with many of the top companies in the world. Public endorsement of his and his company’s work has resulted in close personal and professional relationships as well as ongoing, year over year, events with clients relevant to this event that include the New York Jets and Giants, the NY Mets, NY Islanders, Brooklyn Nets, and NY Liberty. The Governor’s Office for the State of New Jersey, a multiyear contract with the largest health organization in the state of New Jersey, and an affiliation with some of the largest venues in the area. ESP is proud to be a preferred production partner and maintains close ties to MetLife Stadium, Citi Field, Barclays Center, and UBS Arena.
